** Teaching Assistant – Isleworth – Teaching Assistant – Hounslow – Teaching Assistant – Brentford – Learning Support Assistant – Isleworth – Learning Support Assistant – Hounslow – Learning Support Assistant – Brentford – ASAP – as soon as possible **

Mainstream and SEN Teaching Assistant positions available in a college located in West London – Isleworth - GBP70 to GBP90 a day dependant on roles and responsibilities

Core Subjects knowledge required – Experience with SEN students desirable

Full Time roles available for successful candidates in a College currently holding an Ofsted rating of ‘Good’

Courses are offered from pre-entry through to Higher Education, Apprenticeship and Traineeship programmes to meet the skills needs of students aged 14 upwards. The purpose of the role will be: to work under the direction/guidance of the Manager and Lecturer, supervising and providing particular support for groups of 14-16 year old students to enable them to learn as effectively as possible on their own and in group situations, taking into account the particular needs involved. This may include supporting students with challenging behaviour.

Requirements to be shortlisted for this role:

  • Strong subject knowledge
  • SEN experience desired
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbally
  • Must be able to pass a DBS checks
  • Proof of career history from the last 6 years
  • Able to provide 2 career related references
