Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant – Wisbech & King's Lynn Area
Location: Wisbech / King's Lynn
Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Salary: £90 - £120 per day (dependent on experience)

Are you a passionate and dedicated Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in the classroom?
Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting skilled and enthusiastic Level 2/3 Teaching Assistants to work across primary school in the Wisbech and Kings Lynn area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team and help pupils reach their full potential.
About the Role:
- Supporting pupils in 1:1, small group, and whole-class settings
- Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management
- Providing tailored support for pupils with additional needs (SEND experience beneficial)
- Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in learning
- Contributing to provide and safe and stimulating learning environment for all children
✅ Requirements:
- Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a UK classroom setting
- Confident supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive, flexible, and nurturing approach
- Enhanced Child Workforce DBS registered with the Update Service (or willing to apply)
