We are delighted to be working with a successful, forward-thinking and friendly school in Wimborne who are seeking an outstanding Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team.
We are looking for an outstanding teaching assistant to join our successful, forward thinking and friendly school. The successful candidate will be committed to enriching children’s learning and well-being, ensuring the highest outcomes for all children.
This is a fixed-term position, ideally commencing as soon as possible and running until the end of the Summer Term 2026, with the possibility of extension into the following academic year.
The Role:
- Support pupils’ learning in the classroom through targeted individual and small-group work
- Promote pupils’ wellbeing, confidence and independence
- Work closely with class teachers and support staff to deliver engaging learning experiences
- Help create a positive, inclusive and nurturing environment
- Support children both academically and socially throughout the school day

- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
