Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work in a range of primary schools across Totnes and Torbay. Whether you are an experienced TA, a recent graduate, or someone looking to begin a rewarding career in education, we would love to hear from you.

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils in the classroom on a one-to-one and small group basis
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Support children with additional needs where required
• Contribute to the overall development and wellbeing of pupils

We Are Looking For

• Experience working with children or young people
• A patient, caring, and proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
