Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across Plymouth and the surrounding areas. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about helping children succeed and thrive in the classroom.

Whether you're an experienced TA, a recent graduate, or someone with transferable childcare or support experience, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils in class on a one-to-one and small group basis
• Assist the teacher in delivering engaging lessons
• Help children build confidence and achieve their learning goals
• Support pupils with additional needs where required
• Contribute to a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment

We Are Looking For

• Experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential)
• A positive, patient, and proactive attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for education and supporting young learners
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
