Teaching Assistants Required – Spilsby Area

Via Teaching Personnel

Teaching Personnel, the UK’s leading education recruitment agency, is currently seeking enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistants to work in primary and secondary schools across the Spilsby area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting children’s learning and making a real difference in the classroom.

The Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support pupils either 1:1, in small groups, or within the classroom
  • Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
  • Encourage pupil engagement, confidence, and progress
  • Help create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment

Roles are available on a day-to-day, short-term, long-term, and full-time basis, depending on your availability.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • Experience working with children or young people (school experience desirable but not essential)
  • A caring, patient, and proactive approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A desire to support pupils with varying learning needs
