Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)? A SEN school in Salisbury are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join their supportive and dynamic team.
About Us:
A nurturing and inclusive learning environment catering to children and young people aged 4-19 with a wide range of learning difficulties and complex needs. They are committed to providing a high-quality, tailored education that supports each student's individual growth and development.
Role Responsibilities:

Provide support to teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons.

Assist students with their personal care.

Encourage and support pupils to achieve their learning goals.

Help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.

Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external professionals.
What We Are Looking For:

A caring and patient individual with a passion for working with children and young people with SEND.
- Experience supporting children or adults with special needs OR experience working in a mainstream school setting.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
-
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of our students.
-
Experience in an educational or care setting is desirable but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
