Teaching Assistant

This role is perfect for experienced secondary TAs, recent graduates, or individuals considering a future in teaching who want hands-on classroom experience across KS3 and KS4.

The Role

As a Secondary Teaching Assistant, you’ll be supporting pupils across a variety of subjects, helping teachers deliver engaging lessons, and providing targeted support to students who need additional help. Roles vary from general classroom support to 1:1 interventions, small group work, and department-based roles such as English, Maths, Science, Humanities, PE, and more.

What We’re Looking For

• Experienced secondary TAs, or graduates looking for education-based roles
• Individuals who are confident, proactive, and able to build positive relationships with young people
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• A keen interest in supporting learning in a secondary school environment
• Reliable, adaptable and ready to get stuck in
