We're looking for compassionate, resilient, and enthusiastic individuals to support children and young people with a range of additional learning and behavioural needs in schools across Norwich and the surrounding areas. Whether you've worked in education, care, youth work, coaching, customer service, or simply have a natural ability to support others, we'd love to hear from you.

Please note: Due to travelling between schools, a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this role.

What You'll Be Doing

Every day is different, but you'll play a vital role in helping pupils thrive by:

  • Supporting students both inside and outside the classroom.
  • Encouraging confidence, independence, and a positive attitude towards learning.
  • Helping pupils develop literacy, numeracy, communication, and life skills.
  • Supporting emotional wellbeing and promoting positive behaviour.
  • Creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment where every child feels valued.

  • Calm under pressure and able to adapt to different classroom environments.
  • A confident communicator who can build positive relationships with pupils and staff.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
