We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to support students across the Greater Norwich area. Our schools and provisions are committed to creating inclusive, nurturing environments where every student can thrive through personalised support and high aspirations.

  • Create a supportive and structured environment that encourages positive communication and self-regulation.
  • Plan and facilitate engaging activities that promote peer interaction, teamwork, and community involvement.
  • Support students both within the classroom and during wider school activities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working with young people, ideally within an educational, care, youth work, or support setting.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to transport is highly desirable due to the nature of supporting students across the Greater Norwich area.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to work effectively in different educational environments.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to supporting young people with diverse needs.
  • A proactive approach to encouraging positive behaviour and developing meaningful relationships.
  • A willingness to engage in ongoing training and professional development.

What We Offer:

  • Access to Teaching Personnel’s CPD Academy, providing a wide range of professional development opportunities.
  • Competitive weekly pay tailored to your experience and availability.
  • Easy-to-use online systems to simplify communication and administration.
  • Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant who values your contribution and career development.
  • Opportunities to gain valuable experience and progress within the education sector.

If you are enthusiastic about making a lasting difference in the lives of young people and have the flexibility to support students across the Greater Norwich area, we encourage you to apply today. A full UK driving licence could make you an especially valuable addition to our team.
