Teaching Assistant

Are you a recent graduate looking for experience working within a primary school?

We are looking for several unqualified Teaching Assistants to work within a primary school in New Addington, Croydon. Experience is not required but a willingness to learn and a pro active attitude is essential.
The daily working hours are 8:30 – 15:30, 5 days a week during term time.

The school are looking for proactive and resilient individuals to employ for 1:1 roles as an LSA.

Pay Rate  
£90- £105.00 per day (dependant on experience level)

About the Teaching Assistant role:

• START DATE - September
• Supporting pupils within whole classroom settings
• Providing and maintaining a creative and safe learning environment
• Assisting the class teacher as well as other staff members
• Managing behavioural challenges

• Have a positive and can-do attitude
• Personable and proactive
• Have good communication skills
• Passionate about pupils learning and development
• Have good timekeeping
• Patient and calm under pressure
