Teaching Personnel is recruiting Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants, SEN Teaching Assistants, Behaviour Mentors and Learning Mentors to work across secondary schools in:

Milton Keynes | Bedford | Luton

PAY UP TO £130 PER DAY depending on experience and role

FULL-TIME | PART-TIME | FLEXIBLE WORK

THE ROLES

As a Teaching Assistant or Behaviour Mentor, you could be supporting students across KS3 and KS4, helping them overcome barriers to learning and reach their potential.

Responsibilities may include:

• Providing 1:1 and small-group support to students
• Supporting pupils with SEND, SEMH and additional learning needs
• Helping students stay focused, engaged and motivated in lessons
• Supporting positive behaviour and helping students develop self-regulation
• Building positive and trusting relationships with young people
• Supporting students with their academic, social and emotional development
• Assisting teachers with classroom activities and learning resources
• Encouraging confidence, independence and positive attitudes towards learning
• Supporting students who may be experiencing behavioural or emotional difficulties
• Working alongside teachers, SENCOs and pastoral teams
• Helping to maintain a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment
• Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to teaching and pastoral staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
