Who We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Have experience supporting young people (education, care, youth work or similar) – or a strong desire to start in this sector
  • Are available Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm
  • Feel confident (or are willing to learn) supporting challenging behaviour
  • Bring a positive, patient and proactive mindset
  • Are passionate about changing young lives for the better
  • Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or are willing to apply through us)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
