About the Role:

Teaching Personnel is proud to be working alongside a forward-thinking and inclusive primary school in Moston, currently seeking a dedicated Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team. This is a full-time position, starting immediately.

As an HLTA, you'll play a vital role in supporting the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons, while also providing focused support to individual pupils and small groups. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and committed to helping children achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in the planning and delivery of lessons across various subjects
• Deliver targeted interventions to individuals and small groups
• Assist in classroom management and help maintain a positive learning environment
• Support pupils' emotional, social, and academic development
• Prepare learning resources and assist with administrative tasks
• Work closely with pupils with additional needs, providing tailored support
• Maintain strong communication with teachers, parents, and the wider school staff
