Teaching Assistants/ Learning support Assistant
Maidstone, Medway and surrounding areas
Position Overview:
As a Teaching Assistant/ Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with Secondary school students, teachers, and others to support students with different learning needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Help students one-on-one and in small groups with their schoolwork.
• Work on plans to help students who need extra support.
• Make sure our classrooms are happy and everyone feels included.
• Help teachers with materials and lessons for different students.
• Keep track of how students are getting on in every aspects of school life.
• Help with class rules and make sure everyone is safe.
• Be part of meetings and training to learn more about the job.
• SEN experience is preferred but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
