Are you a Level 2 Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity in education?
Teaching Personnel is recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support a range of mainstream secondary schools across East Lancashire for the new academic year.
We are particularly keen to hear from candidates with full-time availability, although flexible opportunities may also be available.
The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support students in the classroom to help maximise engagement and achievement
- Work closely with teachers to deliver high-quality learning experiences
- Provide targeted intervention and small group support
- Assist students with varying learning needs and abilities
- Help create a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment
What We're Looking For
- Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent experience)
- Experience working with young people, ideally within a school setting
- A positive, proactive and adaptable approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commitment to supporting pupils' educational and personal development
- Full-time availability preferred

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
