Teaching Personnel are working alongside a Primary School in Kew to recruit a Teaching Assistant to work within their reception classroom. 

The school is 1 form entry and has been graded 'Good' by Ofsted, the successful candidate will be working in their reception class.
As well as supporting the sudents learning the candidate will need to have the confidence to manage the behaviour within the classroom. 

The school teaching and staffing team are very helpful and supportive and look forward to welcoming a new member to the team- this could be a permanent role for the right candidate.

In order to be considered for this role you must have:

• Good behaviour management skills
• The confidence to lead small groups
• A pro-active attitude to your role 
• The ability to adapt quickly
