Teaching Assistant
Primary, Secondary & Specialist Schools | Day-to-Day & Full-Time
We are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to work across a range of primary and specialist school settings in and around Horley. Opportunities are available on a day-to-day, long-term, or full-time basis, offering flexibility to suit your availability.
The Role:

Supporting pupils on a 1:1 or small-group basis
-
Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
-
Supporting children with additional needs, including SEN
-
Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
-
Helping to maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate:
-
Enthusiastic, reliable and patient
-
Experience in education, childcare or SEN is desirable but not essential
-
A genuine interest in supporting children’s learning and development
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
