Teaching Assistant

Teaching Personnel is working with a number of lovely Primary schools in your area who are seeking passionate, dedicated, and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join their teams. These schools pride themselves on creating a positive and supportive learning environment for all students, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN), or a strong desire to learn.

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Teaching is not essential but would be a strong advantage

• Ability to work effectively with children of all abilities, providing one-on-one support as well as assisting in group work.

• Passionate about helping children reach their full potential and overcome learning barriers.

• Team players with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Flexibility to work across different year groups and support a range of SEN needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
