Salary: £13.75–£14.50 per hour (depending on experience)

Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a welcoming primary school in Garstang (PR3) who are seeking a committed Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis as soon as possible.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about supporting young learners and helping to create a positive, engaging classroom environment.
About the Role
The successful candidate will:
- Provide support across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 depending on experience
- Deliver 1:1 or small-group interventions
- Assist the class teacher in delivering high‑quality learning experiences
- Promote positive behaviour and inclusion
- Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced working with children (school experience desirable)
- Patient, enthusiastic, and proactive
- Able to work collaboratively within a supportive team
- Fully committed to a long‑term role starting ASAP
- Willing to complete or already holds a DBS on the Update Service

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
