Teaching Assistants Wanted – Day-to-Day Supply
Location: Dorchester and surrounding areas
Start Date: Immediate / Ongoing
Position Type: Flexible, Day-to-Day Supply
Pay: £83 - £95 per day (depending on experience)
Are you a passionate and reliable Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work in the Dorchester area?
Teaching Personnel is working with a range of local primary and secondary schools who require enthusiastic and dedicated TAs to support their classrooms on a day-to-day basis.
The Role:
As a supply Teaching Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to work in a variety of schools, supporting teachers and pupils across different year groups. This is a fantastic opportunity to build experience, gain exposure to a range of school settings, and work around your own availability.
You will need:
✔️ Experience working with children or young people (in school or alternative settings)
✔️ A flexible, proactive, and positive approach to supporting learning
✔️ An up-to-date DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one)
✔️ References covering the last 2 years

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
