Join Teaching Personnel in Dawlish, Devon, as we seek a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant. In this full-time role, you'll work closely with students with Special Educational Needs, providing essential support to help them thrive academically and socially. Collaborating with the class teacher, you'll implement individualised learning plans and offer 1:1 and small group assistance both inside and outside the classroom. Your role will be pivotal in fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment, ensuring every student feels valued and supported. Ideally, you'll have experience working with children with SEN, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
