Teaching Assistant
Location: Croydon
Position Type: Full-time (Starting October)
Salary Range: £90-100 per day
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support to the classroom teacher in delivering high-quality educational experiences for students.
• Assist with the implementation of lesson plans and educational activities.
• Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning concepts.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel supported and valued.
• Help manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
• Support students with special educational needs or additional learning needs, as required.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and parents to support student progress and well-being.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Hold a Level L1 or higher in a Teaching Assistant qualification.
• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a school setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
