Perfect for university students or anyone looking for rewarding, flexible work around their schedule!

Are you studying at university or looking for flexible work that fits around your lifestyle? Do you enjoy working with children and want to gain experience in education or childcare? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

We’re looking for enthusiastic, adaptable Teaching Assistants to join our team, supporting schools across Cardiff and the surrounding areas. Whether you’re looking for part-time, casual or day-to-day work, we can offer flexibility to suit your availability — no two days are ever the same!

The role:

  • Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons across a variety of age groups.

  • Assisting children with their learning and development, both one-to-one and in small groups.

  • Helping create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

  • Adapting to different school settings and supporting where needed — every day brings something new!

Who we’re looking for:

We welcome applications from people from all backgrounds — previous experience in schools isn’t essential. What matters most is your enthusiasm, reliability, and willingness to get stuck in!

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

  • Any experience working with children or young people — whether through sports coaching, volunteering, youth work, tutoring, or babysitting.

  • A positive attitude and strong communication skills.

  • Flexibility and a proactive approach to your work.

Why join us:

  • Complete flexibility – choose when and where you work.

  • Gain valuable experience for your future career in education, psychology, or social care.

  • Opportunities to work in a range of primary and secondary schools.

  • Supportive team who’ll match you to roles that suit your skills and preferences.

  • Competitive daily pay and weekly pay options.

This is a great opportunity to build classroom experience, make a difference in young people’s lives, and earn money while keeping your schedule flexible.

If you’re passionate about working with children and want to join a friendly, supportive team, we’d love to hear from you!

Apply today and we’ll be in touch to discuss opportunities across Cardiff.
