A friendly and supportive primary school in Cardiff is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team for the new term.

This role is ideal for anyone with a passion for helping children thrive — whether you’re a graduate, career changer, or someone with experience in coaching, care, youth work or childcare.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups

• Helping the class teacher deliver engaging lessons

• Encouraging pupils to build confidence and independence

• Assisting with classroom activities, learning tasks & behaviour support

• Creating a positive, safe and fun learning environment

• Supporting children with a range of additional learning needs (ALN)

What We’re Looking For

• A patient, calm and friendly individual

• Someone reliable with a genuine interest in supporting children

• Experience with children (formal or informal) is beneficial but not essential

• Good communication and teamwork skills
