Full-Time Teaching Assistant – Blackpool (FY4)
Start Date: November 2025 (after October half-term)

Teaching Personnel are delighted to be supporting a welcoming school in the Blackpool (FY4) area in their search for a dedicated full-time Teaching Assistant to join the team from November 2025, following the October half-term break.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about working with children and making a positive impact on their education and wellbeing. The school prides itself on creating a supportive, inclusive environment where every pupil is encouraged to reach their full potential.

The role:

• Working closely with teachers to support learning across the classroom.

• Providing tailored support to individuals or small groups of pupils.

• Assisting with classroom management and lesson preparation.

• Helping to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience supporting children or young people (school-based or transferable experience welcomed).

• A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• A commitment to supporting the school’s values and pupils’ progress.
