Are you a compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role? We are seeking a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a Year 2 pupil in a friendly and inclusive Blackpool primary school.

The Role:

• Provide individualized support to a Year 2 child with additional needs.
• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored learning strategies.
• Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment.
• Assist with both academic and social development.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Experience working with children with SEN or additional learning needs.
✔ A patient, caring, and proactive approach.
✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills.
✔ Relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
