£85 – £95 per day (dependent on experience)
A welcoming and well-regarded primary school in Biggleswade is seeking a committed Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis. This role will run until the end of the summer term and offers the opportunity to become a valued part of a supportive school community.
You’ll be working alongside class teachers to support pupils with their learning, engagement, and classroom routines. The school is known for its positive ethos, strong teamwork, and focus on helping every child reach their potential.
Responsibilities:
• Support the class teacher with daily learning activities
• Provide small-group and in-class support to pupils
• Help pupils stay focused, confident, and engaged
• Assist with classroom organisation and routines
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
• Experience working with children in a primary school setting
• A positive, patient, and proactive approach
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
