Teaching Assistant

Teaching Personnel is offering exciting opportunities for enthusiastic individuals who want to make a real difference at a school in Altrincham.

We’re currently supporting this school as they look to welcome new Teaching Assistants who can provide both small-group and one-to-one support to pupils across the school. Positions are available on part-time and full-time contracts, with starts after February half term.

We are seeking individuals who understand the local community and are committed to creating a positive, nurturing learning environment. If you enjoy working in a lively school setting and naturally build warm, supportive relationships with children, this could be the ideal role for you.

What we’re looking for:

• A genuine passion for helping children thrive in their education
• Experience working with children in any capacity
• Strong understanding of English and maths
• Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with pupils
• Basic knowledge of the national curriculum

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
