Position: Teaching Assistant
Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire
Salary: £83.85 - £95 per day
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to support the learning and development of students, ensuring a safe and stimulating educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the class teacher in preparing and delivering engaging lessons.
- Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional help.
- Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Support students with special educational needs (SEN) in achieving their learning goals.
- Assist in the assessment and tracking of student progress.
- Participate in school events and extracurricular activities as required.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create an inclusive and supportive atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- A relevant qualification in education or childcare (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant Certificate) is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A patient and empathetic approach to working with children.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
