About the Role
As a Functional Skills Tutor, you will:

• Deliver personalised one-to-one or small group tuition

• Adapt sessions to meet the unique needs of each learner

• Build learners’ confidence and monitor their progress

What We’re Looking For
We welcome candidates who can demonstrate:

• Prior experience in tutoring or education (Functional Skills experience is ideal)

• Strong knowledge of English and/or Maths

• A patient, supportive, and dependable approach

• A recognised teaching qualification is beneficial, though not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
