Teachers - Specialist Schools

Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting passionate and dedicated teachers to join a specialist school provision based across two sites in Totton, supporting both primary and secondary aged pupils.

This rewarding opportunity is ideal for educators who are committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young people with complex needs, medical needs, and physical disabilities. We are seeking adaptable and enthusiastic teachers who can deliver engaging and personalised learning experiences tailored to individual pupil needs across a range of ages and abilities.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Have experience working with children or young people with additional needs (desirable but not essential)
  • Be patient, resilient, and compassionate in their approach
  • Be confident supporting pupils with complex learning, medical, and physical needs
  • Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary and supportive team
  • Be committed to creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
