Teaching Personnel is looking for passionate, motivated, and reliable NQTs and early-career teachers to work in primary schools across the Vale of Glamorgan. What You'll Be Doing:

Creating a safe, inclusive, and inspiring classroom environment

Building strong relationships with pupils and staff

Teaching across all areas of the curriculum in your specialist area

Providing clear and constructive feedback to students

Encouraging a child-led, engaging approach to learning

Committing to your own continued professional development

Who We’re Looking For:

✔️ Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be a Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT)

‍ Be confident teaching across age groups from Nursery to Year 6

Have a sound understanding of the Welsh Curriculum

Show strong classroom management skills

Be passionate about making a difference and keen to grow professionally

Essential Requirements:

✅ Right to work in the UK

✅ QTS/NQT status

✅ Registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)

✅ An Enhanced DBS registered with the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
