Science Teacher – Supply Opportunities

Flexible Secondary Teaching Roles with Teaching Personnel

The Role

As a Supply Science Teacher, you will deliver engaging and informative lessons across KS3 and KS4, encouraging students to develop curiosity and confidence within Science subjects.

Specialisms may include:

  • Biology

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging Science lessons in line with the national curriculum

  • Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures
  • Mark and assess work where required
  • Support students in preparing for exams and coursework

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching Science within secondary education
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Passion for helping students achieve their potential

Driving Requirement

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred due to travel requirements between school locations.
