Teacher of Science

Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit an experienced Teacher of Science to join the department at our excellent client school based in Salford. This school are looking to recruit a Science Teacher to start in March 2026.  

• Full-time teaching role from March 2026.
• Paid in line with the Teacher Pay Scale (M1-UPS3)
• Full planning and marking responsibilities.
• Opportunity for Temp-Perm.

The Head of Science is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and passionate teacher with a track record of excellent classroom practice. You will take on a full timetable teaching KS3 and KS4 classes and so it is essential that you are able to teach across varying ability groups.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive department and make a real impact on student learning and achievement.

Teacher requirements:

• Hold QTS and a PGCE specialising in science
• Experience teaching English to students aged 11-16
• Passion for Science and inspiring young learners
• Strong behaviour management
