Teacher of Science
Job description
We are looking for a passionate and driven Science Teacher to join a welcoming and ambitious school in Maidstone. This is not just another teaching role. It is an opportunity to shape young minds, spark confidence in the lab, and make Science relevant, practical and exciting.
What you will be doing:
- Teaching engaging and challenging Science lessons across Key Stages
- Creating a classroom culture where curiosity is encouraged and questions are celebrated
- Using practical investigations and real world examples to deepen understanding
- Contributing to a supportive and forward thinking department
What we are looking for:
- Qualified Teacher Status, QTS is essential
- A strong subject knowledge across the Science curriculum
- The ability to motivate and inspire students of all abilities
- A proactive and positive approach to teaching and learning

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
