An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and inspirational Teacher of Mathematics to join a successful and rapidly growing secondary school in Basingstoke from September 2026.

The Mathematics Department
The Maths Faculty is an established, well-resourced and collaborative department committed to securing excellent outcomes for all learners. Teachers work closely together to share best practice, develop innovative teaching approaches and continually refine curriculum delivery.
The successful candidate will join a team that is passionate about Mathematics and dedicated to helping students achieve their full potential.
The Role
You will:
- Teach Mathematics across KS3 and KS4
- Deliver engaging and challenging lessons that promote exceptional progress
- Create a stimulating learning environment where all students can succeed
- Use assessment effectively to support student achievement
- Contribute to curriculum development and departmental improvement
- Support enrichment opportunities and the wider life of the school

Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a teacher who:
- Holds QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification
- Has strong subject knowledge in Mathematics
- Is an excellent classroom practitioner with high expectations
- Is committed to achieving exceptional outcomes for students
- Is reflective, ambitious and committed to professional development
- Enjoys working collaboratively and contributing to department success
