Maths Teacher – Secondary School – Basingstoke – September 2025 Start

Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of Mathematics searching for your next role in Basingstoke? Whether you’re a newly qualified Early Career Teacher (ECT) or an experienced educator, this is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and welcoming secondary school from September 2025.

We are currently supporting a well-regarded secondary school in Basingstoke in their search for a talented Maths Teacher to join their high-performing department on a full-time basis.


About the Role:

  • Full-time Maths Teacher role starting September 2025
  • Teach Mathematics across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
  • Join a collaborative and driven Maths department
  • Support student progress through engaging and well-structured lessons
  • Contribute to departmental planning and enrichment activities
  • Comprehensive ECT support programme available

What We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified Maths Teacher (QTS/QTLS or equivalent required)
  • A strong understanding of the Maths curriculum and teaching strategies
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills
  • A commitment to raising attainment and promoting a love of learning
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and reflective teaching approach

Open to: ECTs and experienced Maths Teachers

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
