Teacher of English – Yateley

Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a successful and inclusive secondary school in Yateley, Hampshire, to recruit a passionate and ambitious Teacher of English for a November 2026 start.

The Role
You will:
- Teach English Language and Literature across KS3 and KS4
- Deliver engaging and challenging lessons that inspire a love of reading and writing
- Support students in developing analytical, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Use assessment effectively to monitor progress and raise attainment
- Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment opportunities
- Take on additional leadership responsibilities aligned to the TLR role where applicable
The English Department
