Responsibilities: As our Design Technology Teacher, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering engaging and effective design and technology lessons to students in accordance with the curriculum.
- Inspiring and motivating students to explore various design areas, including graphics, product design, textiles, and more.
- Nurturing students' creativity and problem-solving skills through hands-on projects and activities.
- Providing constructive feedback and supporting individual student progress.
- Collaborating with fellow teachers and contributing to the continuous improvement of our design and technology department.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Practical lesson experience.
- Strong subject knowledge in design and technology, with the ability to teach multiple design disciplines.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed.
- Up-to-date knowledge of educational trends and developments in design and technology.
