TA needed for a 1:1 role in Neath

Job description

A small primary school in Neath is seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant for 1:1 support with a reception pupil, starting in February 2018.

The successful applicant will become part of a hard working team and should have experience of working with children with complex behavioural needs/Autism.

The TA would need to have a CACHE Level 2 as a minimum to work within the reception class. Interviews will be taking place during the second week back in the new term.

Under the Education (Wales) Act 2014, all School Learning Support Workers must be registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC).

This post is also subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service Enhanced check, however Teaching Personnel can help you apply for both the EWC and DBS.
