Teaching Personnel are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Secondary School Support Staff on a supply basis across local secondary schools.

What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting students aged 11–16 in the classroom

Providing 1:1 or small-group support

Assisting teachers with lessons and activities

Creating a positive and safe learning environment

Supporting students with additional needs
What We’re Looking For

Experience working with young people (schools, youth work, tutoring, coaching etc.)

️ Strong communication & behaviour management skills

A patient, proactive and supportive approach

Availability during school hours

Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply through Teaching Personnel)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
