Have you worked in care, support work, healthcare or a medical setting and are looking for a new challenge?

Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a number of specialist SEN schools and is looking for caring, motivated individuals to join our team as Learning Support Staff.

You don't need previous experience in a school—we're looking for people with the right attitude, patience and passion to support children and young people with complex additional needs.

Every day is different. You'll work alongside experienced school staff, helping pupils to engage in learning, develop their confidence, build communication skills and achieve their individual goals.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
