Teaching Personnel is recruiting Supply Teaching Assistants to work in primary schools across Chorley, Skelmersdale, Southport, Ormskirk and the wider area.
No prior qualifications are required — just enthusiasm, reliability and a genuine interest in supporting children.

We also offer the Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification at a heavily discounted rate for candidates looking to develop professionally while working.

The Role – Supply Teaching Assistant

As a Supply TA, you will:

• Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 (your preference)
• Assist the class teacher with learning activities and classroom organisation
• Work with small groups or individual pupils who may need extra help
• Help maintain a positive, inclusive and safe learning environment
• Follow school routines and provide a positive, professional presence in the classroom

Full training and guidance will be provided for candidates new to education.
