Supply Teacher

Location: North Somerset
Contract: Flexible (Part Time & Full Time available)
Start Date: Ongoing / Immediate starts available

We are looking for flexible and reliable Supply Teachers to work across schools in North Somerset. This is a fantastic opportunity for qualified teachers seeking a better work-life balance, varied experience, or the chance to gain experience in different school settings.

Roles are available across primary and SEN schools, with the flexibility to choose assignments that suit your availability and preference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects and year groups
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
  • Adapt quickly to different school environments
  • Ensure a positive and engaging learning experience for pupils
  • Provide feedback to school staff where required

Requirements:

Essential

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Recent teaching experience in UK schools
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Flexible, adaptable and reliable approach

Desirable

  • Experience across multiple key stages
  • Strong subject specialism (for secondary roles)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
