We are a leading education recruitment agency seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to work across a range of primary schools throughout North and Central Manchester. We have opportunities available for both newly qualified and experienced teachers who are looking for ad hoc, short-term, or day-to-day assignments in welcoming school environments.

As a Supply Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons, maintaining a positive and productive classroom environment, managing behaviour effectively, and ensuring pupils remain engaged in their learning. Assignments can vary from a single day of cover to short-term placements, providing excellent variety and the opportunity to gain experience in different schools and year groups.

Supply teaching offers flexibility that many education professionals value, allowing you to choose when and where you work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. It is an excellent way to broaden your classroom experience, develop relationships with local schools, and explore different settings before considering longer-term opportunities. Whether you are looking to work a few days per week or are available more regularly, we can offer work to suit your availability.

Successful candidates will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification, have strong classroom management skills, and be confident adapting to different school environments. A passion for education and a commitment to supporting pupils' learning and development are essential.

In return, we offer competitive daily rates of pay, flexible working options, access to a wide network of local schools, ongoing support from a dedicated consultant, and opportunities to secure longer-term and permanent positions where desired.

Hours vary depending on school requirements and your availability. If you are a motivated teacher looking for flexible work across Manchester, we would love to hear from you. Apply today to join our growing team of supply staff and start making a positive impact in local schools.
