Teaching Personnel are seeking Supply Teachers to support a range of mainstream secondary schools in and around Bridport.

This role is ideal for qualified teachers who are looking for flexibility, a better work–life balance, and the opportunity to teach without the ongoing responsibilities of planning, marking, or long-term commitments. It also suits those wishing to gain experience in different school settings and broaden their professional connections.

About the Role:

Supply Teachers will work across multiple secondary schools, many of which partner with Teaching Personnel through preferred supplier arrangements. Opportunities are available for day-to-day cover as well as short- and medium-term placements, depending on your availability and preferences.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification

• Previous experience teaching in UK secondary schools

• Confident classroom management and the ability to adapt quickly

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
