 Fully Qualified Supply Teacher – County Durham 
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Flexible (Day‑to‑day, short‑term or long‑term)
Location: Across County Durham

Our wonderful primary schools across County Durham are looking for passionate supply teachers who can make an immediate impact.

We’re seeking an adaptable, confident and nurturing Primary Teacher who excels at building rapport quickly and creating engaging learning experiences. Whether you specialise in KS1, KS2 or are happy teaching across the primary phase, your enthusiasm and professionalism will be valued in every school you support.


✏️ Your Role Will Include

  • Delivering high‑quality lessons that capture children’s interest
  • Maintaining a calm, structured and welcoming classroom environment
  • Supporting pupils with diverse learning needs to achieve their best
  • Adapting swiftly to different school routines and expectations
  • Building positive relationships with staff and pupils across multiple schools
  • Bringing flexibility, creativity and resilience to every placement
  • Representing our agency with professionalism throughout County Durham

 We’re Looking For Teachers Who

  • Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
  • Have experience teaching in primary education
  • Can confidently deliver the National Curriculum
  • Communicate clearly, warmly and effectively
  • Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Hold (or are willing to apply for) an Enhanced DBS
  • Are reliable, enthusiastic and available to start ASAP

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
