As a valued supply teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging, curriculum‑based lessons that inspire and support pupils
• Create a positive, inclusive and well‑managed classroom environment
• Adapt quickly to different school settings and routines
• Support children of all abilities to achieve, progress and feel confident
• Build strong relationships with pupils and staff in a variety of schools
• Bring flexibility, positivity and resilience to each new day
• Represent our agency professionally within Darlington’s friendly primary schools

What You’ll Need

We’d love to hear from you if you:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Have experience teaching in a primary school setting
• Are confident delivering the national curriculum
• Communicate clearly, calmly and professionally
• Have strong behaviour management skills
• Hold (or can obtain) an Enhanced DBS
• Are reliable, adaptable and ready to start ASAP
