Fully Qualified Supply Teacher – Darlington
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Flexible (Day‑to‑day / Short‑term / Long‑term)

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, adaptable and fully qualified Supply Teacher who thrives on variety and enjoys making a real impact across different school communities. Whether you prefer KS1, KS2, or can confidently teach across the primary range — if you bring energy, creativity and warmth to your teaching, you’ll fit right in.
✏️ What You’ll Be Doing
As a valued supply teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging, curriculum‑based lessons that inspire and support pupils
- Create a positive, inclusive and well‑managed classroom environment
- Adapt quickly to different school settings and routines
- Support children of all abilities to achieve, progress and feel confident
- Build strong relationships with pupils and staff in a variety of schools
- Bring flexibility, positivity and resilience to each new day
- Represent our agency professionally within Darlington’s friendly primary schools
What You’ll Need
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have experience teaching in a primary school setting
- Are confident delivering the national curriculum
- Communicate clearly, calmly and professionally
- Have strong behaviour management skills
- Hold (or can obtain) an Enhanced DBS
- Are reliable, adaptable and ready to start ASAP

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
