Your Key Responsibilities

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

  • Lead classes during teacher absences using materials already prepared
  • Promote positive behaviour and engagement
  • Confidently manage a range of subjects
  • Support students across KS3 & KS4
  • Be ready for short-notice or pre-arranged supply cover

Ideal Candidates

  • Have school-based or youth work experience
  • Can manage classroom behaviour effectively
  • Are adaptable and confident delivering lessons
  • Are a Cover Supervisor, aspiring teacher, or Fully Qualified Teacher
  • Can get to Wisbech and nearby schools with ease
